By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Quass Contr provides IT education and training services, including but not limited to:

• In-person and online courses
• Access to learning materials and resources
• Career support and placement assistance
• Community access and networking opportunities

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Course Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

Course fees are due as specified at the time of enrollment. We offer various payment options including full payment and installment plans. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation is made more than 14 days before course start
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-14 days before course start
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of course start
• Job Guarantee refund terms are specified in your enrollment agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including course materials, videos, code samples, and documentation, is owned by Quass Contr or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
• Share your account access with others
• Record live sessions without permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes

6. Code of Conduct

As a member of our learning community, you agree to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Participate constructively in discussions and group work
• Complete assignments independently unless collaboration is specified
• Refrain from disruptive or harassing behavior
• Follow academic integrity guidelines

7. Job Guarantee Terms

Our Job Guarantee is subject to specific eligibility requirements detailed in your enrollment agreement, including but not limited to:

• Meeting minimum attendance requirements (90%)
• Completing all required assignments and projects
• Actively participating in career services activities
• Applying to a minimum number of positions per week
• Accepting reasonable job offers within scope

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quass Contr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including employment or salary levels.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
